Arias Serna y Saravia has always sought to preserve the concept of family in all its projects. Both in the architectural conceptualization of each house, thinking about the welfare of each individual, as well as the project in general, has always aimed to inspire in people solidarity, kindness, generosity and empathy.
Moragua is a reflection of this philosophy, a natural condominium in the south of the city of Cali, with Arias Serna & Saravia’s signature architecture and design. This project offers its community the possibility of watching its children grow up in a circle of trusted neighbors and their families, having everything within reach, sharing abundance, and protecting the space together. This project means the peaceful return to the essence of ‘Caleño’ camaraderie.
