Despensa Takami was born amid the Covid-19 pandemic. At a time when the closure of restaurants had a profound impact on their suppliers and customers, they became the vehicle to connect these producers with the end consumer. With Despensa Takami, the doors of the pantries of the Takami restaurant group were opened so that the vast variety of ingredients could travel to the homes of their community.
